HealthCare Data Analyst - January 2019:

• Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide support for the successful delivery of services to clients including data mining validation, data sorting and analysis, presentation preparation, as well as various research related tasks and overall support of business development projects and day to day operational functions.
  • Work with Financial Analytics team to collect data and develop materials for client presentations and analysis.
  • Work directly with clients and project leaders to identify analytical requirements.
  • Interpret complex data requests, gather data inputs from multiple sources, and run data queries using SQL Server and Excel.
  • Validate and test to ensure accuracy and quality of data.
  • Visualize the data in a way that makes sense for each request and helps the stakeholders utilize the data
  • Analyze, design, and test various enhancements and changes to reports as business needs evolve.
  • Organize and present complex data to assist in decision making.

• Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, HealthCare, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL Server and Excel.
  • Experience with HealthCare data, specifically 835/837, financial, and patient accounting data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Chargemaster Desk Review Analyst - January 2019:

• Remote position conducting detailed review of client chargemaster line items to validate or recommend appropriate assignment of CPT/HCPCS, revenue code, and related billing or compliance concerns.
• Seeking a reliable, consistent, intelligent, and highly productive heads-down data analyst to use our automated review systems, professional experience, and common sense to provide accurate CDM coding recommendations.
• This position is instrumental in supporting client projects to improve billing, coding, reimbursement, and compliance with CMS requirements.
